Each delegate competes in three phases of competition, designed to highlight how she shows up, both on stage and beyond it:
50% Interview
A private interview with judges focused on platform, leadership, and personal impact
25% Evening Gown
Confidence, stage presence, and elegance
25% Fitness Wear
Poise, energy, and overall presentation
This scoring structure ensures that the most
well-rounded, impactful woman is selected to represent Florida.

Mrs. International 2025
Phaedra Pistone, Mrs. International 2025, is a two-time breast cancer survivor who turned her story into a global mission. Through her platform, Check Your 2 on the 2nd, she empowers women to trust their instincts, prioritize their health, and take action early. As a longtime business owner and advocate, Phaedra uses every stage she steps on to remind women that resilience is beautiful, confidence is powerful, and their lives are worth protecting.
A personal message from Phaedra:
